With over three decades in the finance sector, Paul brings extensive investment experience to the table as the founder of Auxan Capital Advisors, launched in 2004. Before establishing Auxan, Paul’s pivotal role as Director of Retirement Planning at AG Financial successfully steered the growth of retirement accounts for Assemblies of God employees and ministers, doubling their size $500 million to $1 billion even amidst the turbulent years from 2000 to 2005.

Inspired by the belief that everyone deserves the same active wealth management usually reserved for large-scale institutions, Auxan was created. With experience serving thousands of clients nationwide, Paul identified the need for an investment firm truly invested in its clients’ financial wellbeing, carefully managing their life savings and being motivated by a management fee that keeps the advisor’s attention in fluctuating market conditions.

From 2005, Paul also led the Assemblies of God Credit Union as CFO, becoming its president in 2011. Under his management, the credit union tripled in size by 2014, ranking among the strongest nationwide with investment performance in the 95th percentile.

Paul’s diverse investment portfolio includes stakes in businesses like Classy Llama (software agency), Paul Mitchell the School Springfield and Wichita, Boundless Creative, Ozark Mountain Popcorn, and real estate equipping him with a unique viewpoint uncommon among financial advisors.

Passionate about helping people meet their retirement goals, Paul finds immense satisfaction in witnessing families reach their financial objectives.

His current and past board memberships include North Point Church (Treasurer), American Indian College (Executive Committee), Cross Trail Outfitters Missouri (Chairman), Classy Llama LLC (Board of Advisors), and Midwest Financial Network.

He was a member of Filene Research Institute (a think tank) and was recognized in the Springfield Business Journal’s 2009 “40 under 40”.

Jace Henry

Investment Advisor Representative

Jace Henry bought his first stock at twelve, and the curiosity that started that day has been steering him ever since. He is now an Investment Advisor at Auxan Capital Advisors, where he works closely with President Paul Ebisch in a team based approach to portfolio management, research, and long term strategy.

Before joining Auxan, Jace interned at Pension Consultants Inc. That experience proved pivotal. Digging into fund research, analyzing managers, and supporting allocation decisions gave him a deeper technical foundation, but it also confirmed something important. He realized he wanted to be client facing. He discovered he cared just as much about people as he did about markets, and that advising was where those two worlds met.

Jace also spent a season running a residential painting business, leading a team, completing twenty projects, and generating more than one hundred and forty thousand dollars in revenue. It taught him discipline, communication, and how to carry responsibility, the kind of lessons you do not forget once you have earned them the hard way.

At Auxan, he serves clients directly, helps co manage the firm’s growth strategy, produces the Auxan Podcast, and contributes fundamental and macroeconomic research to the advisory team. He is studying Corporate & Investment at Missouri State University and continues to build on seven years of investing experience, always pushing himself as a lifelong learner.

Outside the office, Jace is recently married, serves as a greeter at his church, and spends as much free time as possible on the golf course. His work, his faith, and his curiosity all share a common thread. He wants to understand people well and help them make decisions that genuinely improve their lives.
